Follow this link at microsoft to download the January 2007 CTP release of Orcas
Orcas includes a lot of new technology including support for ADO.net LINQ, ADO.net Entity Framework, C# 3.0 Language support, Design support for office 2007 and outlook 2007 and best of all Javascript Intellisense support.
